Chad R. Gaines, P.P.S.
INVESTIGATOR/PROTECTION SPECIALIST, is a graduate of Kobetz & Associates, Executive Protection Institute and is a Certified Personal Protection Specialist.  Mr. Gaines has completed an extended special studies program which included specialized training in Physical Security, Contemporary Terrorism, Corporate Aircraft Security, Hostage Negotiations, Investigative Technology, Executive Protection and Yacht/Maritime Security.  Mr. Gaines has received the distinction of membership in the elite "Nine Lives Associates" (NLA).  Mr. Gaines has also received extensive special training in surveillance, investigations, covert operations as well as electronic surveillance countermeasures.


CHET W. GAINES
INVESTIGATOR/PROTECTION SPECIALIST, is a 25 year Veteran Police Detective who rose in police ranks to become the Commander of Internal Affairs.  Mr. Gaines was trained by the United States Secret Service in Presidential and Executive Protection and has successfully covered over 200 incidents across the country.  Mr. Gaines is also a Northwestern University graduate in hostage negotiations and has received specialized training in the area of counter-terrorism and work-place violence on both national and international levels.
